David grew up in Brandon, MS, graduated from Belhaven College with a Bachelors in Business Administration, and Asbury Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity. He and his wife Kim have four children. Their family loves to go camping, play board and video games, and just be together. David is an avid photographer, likes cars and motorcycles, and is a terrible golfer.

Jana Jobe
Jana grew up on the MS Gulf Coast but Crystal Springs is now home. For over 30 years, Jana has been a devoted leader in youth ministry, walking alongside students as they explore their faith and discover who God has called them to be. Jana’s heart for youth ministry is rooted in a deep desire to see students grow in their relationship with Christ and embrace His call on their lives. She did her undergraduate at Millsaps College and pursued her M. Div at Vanderbilt University. When she is not with our students, you can usually find her with her fur-baby, Sadie.

Delinah Dubose
Delinah has two beautiful children Ava Grace and Jax! Delinah began her discipleship many years ago in Florida. She has a great love and devotion for God. Delinah believes that the most important thing a church can do is bring God to life for children and help build and mold that special relationship. With her many years experience in volunteering with children’s ministries she brings a new spark to CSUMC. In order for the children’s ministries to be successful Delinah believes each family has to get involved in their children’s walk with Christ. Nick Bassett
After serving in our music ministry for many years, Nick took the plunge and joined the staff as Director of Music. He brings with him an amazing voice that blows you away every time. Nick is all about leading through worship. For Nick, the main thing is to worship and glorify the mighty name of Jesus!

Julie Johnson
Julie brings a freshness and vitality to our outreach ministry that is contagious! Julie has a passionate energy for being the hands, feet and heart of Jesus! One of Julie's inspirations for ministry comes from the Newsboys song "We Believe" that says "So, let our faith be more than anthems, greater than the songs we sing." She has kept us hopping to meet the needs of God's people. She takes Jesus at His word when He instructed us to "GO!" And GO we do ... wherever the need may be! Julie and her husband, Kevin, have two sons that are actively involved in the life of the church. Her oldest is in college and their youngest is active in our youth ministry. As she says: "Our family has found a home here!"

Hannah Stutzman
Hannah grew up in our church family and has been an active part of our community her entire life. She brings a deep passion for caring for children to our nursery ministry. Hannah holds a degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and currently serves as a Special Education teacher at Madison High School. She loves creating safe, nurturing spaces where little ones can learn, grow, and feel God’s love.
